Our mission here at 'Down Not Fallen', as an Awareness Project; Is to provide the necessary tools to aid Suicide prevention within the everyday lives of our active duty service members. As well as education on telltale signs of anxiety, depression, suicide thoughts & actions, along with providing resources for seeking out help. 
We want to provide hope out of your darkness & into the light

Online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, are real, common and treatable. And recovery is possible.
